After Group President, Mr. Schnepp visited China in Spring 2014, Legrand China re-welcome Group Deputy CEO, Mr. Patrice SOUDAN and Group VP operations performance Mr. Franck LEMERY.

惠州 Huizhou

2014年8月25日，苏丹先生一行首先莅临惠州指导工作，新任乐鱼惠州公司总经理Alexandre MENU孟昱先生带领惠州公司管理层接见并作详细工作汇报。会议初始苏丹先生即表达了对中国一如既往地重视和关注，他相信惠州公司在总经理孟昱先生的带领下将继续创造佳绩。随后他悉心听取了各版块的工作汇报，从财务到人力资源、从销售到市场、从研发设计到生产工艺，苏丹先生对大家的工作表示肯定的同时也提出了许多有利于公司未来发展的宝贵指导意见，正是集团的这份专注与敬业以及对中国市场的高度重视，让我们精益求精，为中国市场提供完整的建筑平台解决方案。

On 25^th August, 2014, Mr. SOUDAN and Mr. LEMERY arrived Huizhou, new GM Mr. Alexandre MENU warmly received them with all Huizhou managers, and did working report. At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. SOUDAN expressed strong focus on China market. He believed Legrand Huizhou would continue creating excellent results under lead of Mr. MENU. After that, he listened to working report of all the aspects, from Finance to HR, from sales to marketing, from R&D to production… Mr. SOUDAN praised for our work and gave many suggestions for future development of the company. It is just this concentration and devotion of our Group and the highlight of China market, which let us keep improving, and offer integrated building electrical solutions for China market.

深圳 Shenzhen

次日，苏丹先生和Lemery先生来到深圳，首先对视得安乐鱼总经理白淦文先生表示祝贺，希望在他的带领下公司进入下一轮的发展期。苏丹此次中国之行在乐鱼中国区CEO司徒.帕斯卡先生、财务总监LUCA MORETTO先生，视得安乐鱼总经理白淦文先生以及制造总监张志勇先生的陪同下，参观了正在如火如荼装修中的新工厂。虽然炎热酷暑，苏丹先生还是认真的询问现场进度和新工厂每层的设计，他表示对乐鱼深圳公司的发展充满信心，对工厂的生产能力也给予期望。大家笑谈，新工厂的竣工将是今年最大的圣诞礼物，产能的升级也能满足需求日趋壮大的中国市场，为中国提供更方便易用、更高品质的楼宇对讲系统。

The next day, Mr. SOUDAN and Mr. LAMERY arrived Shenzhen, they firstly congratulated GM Mr. David PAK, and hope him lead the company to another success. Legrand China CEO Mr Pascal STUTZ, CFO Mr. Luca MORETTO, Legrand Shenzhen GM Mr. PAK and Manufacturing Director Mr. Zhiyong ZHANG accompanied Mr. SOUDAN visiting the new factory under decoration. Although it was hot summer, Mr. SOUDAN still enquired carefully the progress and design. He gave full of confidence to development of Legrand Shenzhen, and strong expectation of production capacity. People said that the completion of the decoration would be the greatest Christmas gift. Upgrade of the production capacity could satisfy enlarging China market and offer VDP system easier to use with high quality.

无锡 Wuxi

离开深圳，苏丹先生一行于8月27日抵达无锡，在司徒先生、MORETTO先生、无锡公司总经理Andrea LAMIERI先生、无锡公司工业副总经理高杰先生等的陪同下着重参观了无锡公司的生产车间、试验站、研发部门等。其中卡博菲工厂新引进的梯形桥架自动生产线、低压自动生产线、以及正在配置的低压柜生产车间都引起了苏丹先生的强烈关注。当天下午，苏丹先生与无锡公司各部门代表举行了一个小型交流会。他对无锡公司的生产管理和产品服务提出了高度赞扬，也期望大家再创佳绩，一同在中国将乐鱼品牌知名度再提升一个台阶。

Leaving Shenzhen, Mr. SOUDAN arrived Wuxi on 27^th August, and visited workshop, test station, R&D, etc. of Legrand Wuxi under the companion of Mr. STUTZ, Mr. MORETTO, Legrand Wuxi GM Mr. Andrea LAMIERI, and Deputy GM, Mr. Bruce GAO. New installed automatic production line for ladder tray of Cablofil, for low voltage, and configuration workshop of LV panel, all these workshops attracted Mr. SOUDAN’s interest. In the afternoon, Mr. SOUDAN exchanged with representatives of every department. He highly praised for production management and service of Legrand Wuxi, and gave expectation of creating better performance, to leverage Legrand brand in China together.

最后，苏丹先生于28日抵达乐鱼中国上海总部。新办公室被中国区CEO司徒先生亲切地称为“乐鱼中国上海之家”，于2014年8月28日正式开始办公。苏丹先生和司徒先生为新办公室开业揭幕。Lemery先生，乐鱼上海总部全体成员，各公司上海销售办事处经理参加了揭幕仪式；随后大家参观了公司的展厅。销售和技术人员做了详细的介绍。总部新办公室的一大亮点是能源管理系统，乐鱼中国区大客户高级经理刘九昌为大家详细介绍并演示了新办公室使用的乐鱼照明控制系统和体育系统，简单易用，节能环保。

At last, Mr. SOUDAN arrived in Legrand China Headquarters in Shanghai. New office was named by Mr. STUTZ as “Legrand China Shanghai Corner”, and was put into use from 28^th August, 2014. Mr. SOUDAN and Mr. STUTZ unveiled the logo on the wall of new office in the opening ceremony. Mr. LEMERY, all staff of Legrand China Headquarters, Shanghai sales office GMs participated in the event. After that, we visited showroom. Sales people and technical support explained it in detail. An advantage of new office is energy management system, Senior KA manager, Legrand China, Mr. Jeff LIU present carefully Legrand lighting management system and automation system used in new office. It is easy to use with environment protection.

新办公室的设计和装修都符合Leed 认证标准，认证证书正在申请中。乐鱼中国一直致力于为客户研发和提供绿色节能的建筑平台完整解决方案，环保节能的新办公室也预示着乐鱼中国在能效领域将大展拳脚。

Design and decoration of new office is corresponding to LEED standards, we are applying for the certificate. Legrand China is always dedicated into developing and offering energy saving building electrical integrated solutions for the clients.
